On April 11, 2002, William R. Davis received the 2002 Alumni Award from the Connecticut Law Review. The Connecticut Law Review honored Mr. Davis for his longtime support of the School of Law and his significant contributions to the clinic program and a new courtroom to be built in the Starr Building on the campus of the University of Connecticut School of Law. Following his receipt of the award, Mr. Davis gave an inspiring address to the current members of law review, and the practicing attorneys in attendance, many of whom were law review alumni.
