Attorney Houlihan inducted into American College

John J. Houlihan, Jr., a partner of the Hartford law firm of RisCassi & Davis. P.C., was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2006. Founded in 1950, the College is an honorary association of lawyers from the United States and Canada, which, according to the College, comprises the best of the trial bar. Fellowship is extended by invitation only, and after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.

The College is dedicated to improving and maintaining the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice and the ethics of the trial profession. Fellowship in the College is limited to one percent of the lawyers of any state.
