According to Connecticut Super Lawyers 2007, James D. Bartolini, of RisCassi and Davis, P.C. in Hartford was selected as among the top ten lawyers in the entire state of Connecticut.

This designation was announced in the 2007 edition of Super Lawyers, a joint publication of Connecticut Magazine and Law & Politics. It was distributed to subscribers to Connecticut Magazine, along with other recipients within the legal community.

According to the publication, a four-step selection process was employed to create the final list, beginning with selection of the candidate pool, and then continuing with evaluation of candidates, peer evaluation by practice area, and then final selection.
