Christopher J. Flood resides in Portland, Connecticut, where he was born and raised. He received his undergraduate degree from Trinity College in 1999 and graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2003. While at Quinnipiac, he was a member of the Quinnipiac Law Review and received distinguished academic achievement awards in numerous courses, including constitutional law, torts, evidence, administrative law, conflict of laws, and trusts and estates. He also clerked at Riscassi & Davis while obtaining his law degree.

Mr. Flood was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 2003 and has represented injured individuals exclusively throughout his legal career. He is a strong believer in helping the injured receive fair compensation for injuries and losses suffered due to the negligence of others. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, both of which fight for the rights of injured individuals.
