Giacomo Cabrera
Bio
Our newest associate, Attorney Giacomo Cabrera is an Italian-American citizen who spent much of his early life traveling between the US and Italy. Born and raised in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, Giacomo grew up with an interest in helping others.
His community involvement began at a young age when he would compete in state wrestling tournaments while also tutoring several of his teammates. In high school, Giacomo worked for a special education attorney to learn about unique school opportunities available to children in need.
Giacomo knew he wanted to be a personal injury attorney from the first time he carried his father’s briefcase into the courtroom as a child. With an attorney father and three brothers, he learned that a meticulous focus and clear expression are crucial to obtaining strong outcomes. Giacomo studied literature and economics at Hamilton College before attending the University of Connecticut School of Law. After law school, he spent a year in the aerospace industry working in international environmental law.
Giacomo maintains fluency in Italian and is always working to improve his communication skills. Outside of work, he is most likely to be found biking though Elizabeth Park or hosting friends and family for dinner.
Giacomo joined RisCassi & Davis P.C. as an attorney in 2023. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut.
