Attorney Michael C. Jainchill Interviewed On Reardon Child Sex Abuse Cases
Court ordered mediation of the cases involving sexual abuse by Dr. George Reardon at St. Francis Hospital has reached an impasse. The cases appear poised to go to trial. There are currently 85 plaintiffs under age 48 when their cases were filed, represented by 16 law firms, who are suing the hospital because of abuse by Dr. Reardon. RisCassi & Davis attorney Michael C. Jainchill was interviewed by several news organizations regarding his involvement in the representation of children who were abused by Dr. George Reardon at St. Francis Hospital. Attorney Jainchill, who is part of the lead negotiation team, discussed how the cases would be evaluated.
