Cheif Justice Chase Rodgers Appoints David Cooney to Civil Court Commission
RisCassi & Davis attorney David Cooney has been appointed by the Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court, Chase T. Rodgers, to serve on the Commission on Civil Court Alternative Dispute Resolution. The charge of this newly-created commission is to improve the utilization and effectiveness of the Judicial Branch's Civil Alternative Dispute Resolution programs. The commission will evaluate scheduling, management, consistency, availability and uniformity of the various programs.
