Connecticut Law Tribune Reports on $1.5 Million Medical Malpractice Settlement
The Connecticut Law Tribune has reported that RisCassi & Davis attorney Andrew S. Groher recently settled a medical malpractice action against the State of Connecticut and the University of Connecticut's John Dempsey Hospital in Farmington. The case involved a failure to treat a rare heart condition which resulted in a fatal heart attack. Attorney Groher was retained by the estate of the 34 year old West Hartford resident.
