Family of Man Killed By Drunk Driver Will Sue Two Waterbury Bars

John J. Houlihan and Patrick J. Kennedy are representing the family of Greg Schena who died on May 12, 2010 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on May 5, 2010.  The collision was caused by an intoxicated driver, Elizabeth McField. Two Waterbury bars, The Mimosa Lounge and Ball Park Café, were recently notified of the family's intent to sue under Connecticut's dram shop law for selling alcohol to Elizabeth McField on May 5, 2010 while she was intoxicated.

Greg Schena was 27 years old and a popular physical education teacher in Wallingford and football coach in Cheshire. The Schena family is represented by attorneys Houlihan and Kennedy from the Hartford law firm of RisCassi and Davis.
