Notice of Intent to Sue Filed for Man Struck by Stray Bullet at Woodstock Fair
Patrick J. Kennedy of RisCassi & Davis has filed notices of intent to sue for a man who was struck in the head by a stray bullet at the Woodstock Fair on August 31, 2009. The bullet came from the gun of a Putnam Police Officer who was completing firearms qualification at the nearby Putnam Fish & Game Club. The man suffered numerous personal injuries and is seeking compensation for those injures.
