RisCassi & Davis Offers to Compromise Medical Malpractice Case for $12,000,000
RisCassi & Davis attorney Paul M. Iannaccone has filed offers to compromise a medical malpractice case for $12,000,000 in New London Superior Court. The case involves the death of a six year old boy at Connecticut Children's Medical Center who was being treated as part of a cancer protocol. The claim is that the child was discharged with 7 times the allowable amount of a chemotherapy drug causing his death.
