$4,100,000 Settlement - High Speed Police Chase - Bystander Rendered Quadraplegic
Attorney Andrew S. Groher of RisCassi & Davis, P.C., the Hartford-based personal injury law firm achieved a settlement of $4.1 million dollars for a 42 year old man who was rendered a quadraplegic as the result of a high speed police pursuit. The plaintiff was struck broadside by a car being driven by a 15 year old boy who was being chased by the police at speeds in excess of 70 mph through the city streets.
