$430,000 Settlement - Product Liability - Improperly Installed Hospital Equipment
John J. Houlihan Jr. and Patrick J. Kennedy of the Hartford based personal injury law firm RisCassi & Davis, have settled a product liability case for a Middletown woman against a hospital equipment installation and service company for $430,000. The woman sustained severe knee injuries requiring multiple surgeries as a result the defendants' negligence.
