Jainchill of RisCassi and Davis, P.C., the Hartford-based personal injury law firm, has settled a case on behalf of a 44-year old woman who suffered a Grade II comminuted fracture of the fibula requiring open reduction and internal fixation, along with resulting nerve-related injuries, as well as, a L4-L5 disc herniation as the result of a fall on ice and snow in a parking area in her apartment complex.
