$900,000 Settlement - Motorcycle Crash
Attorney Michael C. Jainchill of RisCassi and Davis, P.C., the Hartford-based personal injury law firm, has settled a motorcycle intersection collision in return for payment of $900,000 for a motorcyclist who sustained a severely fractured lower leg as a result of a collision involving another motorist who failed to yield the right of way to the motorcyclist.
