Another Major National Honor For RisCassi & Davis

|

For us – the focus of our professional lives has always been on the wellbeing of our clients.

Having said that – honors and tributes from colleagues and peers (and competitors) are also gratifying to receive.

So it was with great pride that we learned this week that The National Law Journal had chosen us as one of the top 50 trial law firms in the United States – the only trial law firm in Connecticut to be so recognized.

The Publishers of The National Law Journal stated in their letter to us that “that the competition was fierce and that the process of selecting (the) group of honorees was difficult… our selections represent those law firms that are on the cutting edge of plaintiffs-side work in the United States and that have achieved exemplary results for their clients.”

For 60 years, the attorneys at RisCassi & Davis, have fought for justice in Connecticut courts for those injured through no fault of their own. Our Founding Partners, Leon RisCassi and William Davis, began the firm in 1955, in an era when the rights of injured people were severely limited.  They fought to change the status quo – a status quo favoring powerful corporations – so that average families would have a chance to survive when a father or mother or child were seriously injured. And they succeeded.

Their example guides us to this day, and so we thank The National Law Journal for the honor they have bestowed.
