In addition to directing the affairs of the association, David will also be involved in CTLA’s lobbying efforts at the State legislature and will be working with the State Judiciary on issues of concern to CTLA’s membership. He will also be interacting with Presidents of other state trial lawyer associations and the American Association of Justice, the organization which represents plaintiff’s attorneys throughout the United States.

Bill Davis, Jim Bartolini, Andrew Groher and Gene Swain have all previously served as CTLA presidents. The firm’s founder, Leon RisCassi, was one of several lawyers instrumental in founding the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association in 1956.
