John J. Houlihan and Patrick J. Kennedy of RisCassi & Davis have filed a lawsuit against two area physicians for the death of a young boy. The case, which was filed in Hartford Superior Court, involves a failure to treat Addison’s Disease.
Court ordered mediation of the cases involving sexual abuse by Dr. George Reardon at St. Francis Hospital has reached an impasse. The cases appear poised to go to trial.
