“No Pay” Position of Insurance Company Leads to Verdict of $238,000

Patrick J. Kennedy has obtained a verdict of more than $238,000 in a motor vehicle collision. The case involved disputed liability and damages. The plaintiff primarily had soft tissue injuries and his medical bills were around $8,500. The insurer for the defendant, Allstate, refused to make any offer before trial as it believed the defense would prevail on liability.
